How long has MSC been around?
MSC was actually started around 6 years ago. About two years ago, the last remaining original member of MSC (Sniper-X) reformed it as a MOHAA sniper server. The clan started shortly after that. You can also read a detailed history of MSC.
How is the clan structured?
There are 40 members in MSC. We have three rankings: X, Y, and Z.- The Z clan, which has 5 slots, is for players relatively new to MOH sniping.
- The Y clan, which has 20 slots, is for skilled marksmen.
- The X clan, which has 15 members, represents the cream of the crop. These are extremely skilled snipers and have demonstrated a loyalty to MSC. X clan members may not belong to other clans.

How can I join MSC?
MSC does not recruit or hold tryouts. If you would like to join MSC, please post your handle and e-mail address in our signup thread. When we have openings on the roster, you will be awarded entry based on how well-known you are and how well you showcase our core beliefs of good sportsmanship, fair play, and fun. Remember, even if you are a well-known regular, you must post in the signup forum to be considered.
I posted to join the clan, but didn't get in. What's up with that?
Since MSC started, we have always had more qualified players than we have open slots on the roster. Sniper X makes all decisions about who joins the clan, though he does take input from existing clan members. Keep in mind that clan membership is not always given on a first-com-first-served basis. Someone who posted after you may get invited before you. It all has to do with how well MSC folks know you, how long you've been playing, and so on.
Sniper X will do his best when he is asked to let you know what your prospect is for joining the clan, so that you can feel free to pursue other options if that's your choice. Please try not to be upset if you don't get into the clan immediately just because there is an open slot. We do our best to make everyone happy, and we're certainly not perfect.
Also remember that MSC is a concept that goes beyond a simple clan tag. MSC is about community and friendship. The clan tag in itself is meaningless compared to the community that clansmen and regulars alike help to foster.
Can I recruit awesome players on MSC for my own clan?
No. Clan business, recruiting, and advertising is not permitted on any MSC server or forum.
Does MSC play in any ladders or tournaments?
At this time, MSC does not play in any official ladders. There are several reasons for this, including a lack of sportsmanship, lack of cheat controls in the major ladders, and lack of maturity in many participating clans.
We hold regular internal tournaments among clan members for two coveted "toughman" slots - one for the Y clan and one for the X clan. You can view current toughman winners on the clan roster.
We also hold occasional informal, friendly matches against fellow clans that exhibit the same kind of sportsmanship we enjoy at MSC. Any upcoming matches are announced on the MSC web site.
Would MSC play a competition against my clan?
Maybe. You're welcome to post a request in the Lounge or e-mail moh@mscwar.com. We'll think about it.
What kind of committment does being in MSC require?
Unlike many clans and sqauds, we do not hold mandatory tournaments or training sessions. We are more about having fun. If you are a clan member and want to stay on the active roster, we expect to see you around fairly regularly. If we don't hear from you for an extended time, you may be removed from the active roster to make room for other applicants.
